The facts
Grouped under the headings most comparison pages use.
- What it is
Purpose-built CRM for buyer's agents, with AML/CTF compliance and marketing built in.
Built from the ground up for Australian buyer's agencies since 2024. The unit of work is the buyer brief rather than a listing, and the platform covers the full engagement from first enquiry through research, due diligence and offers to settlement.
- Property data
Listing import from realestate.com.au and Domain via Chrome extension, with automated due diligence on any Australian address. Included, with no separate research subscription.
Due diligence covers bushfire, flood, heritage, zoning and census data across every state and territory, compiled into client-ready reports. Also includes off-market email parsing and a 5,000+ suburb database. There is no additional charge and no third-party research subscription required.
- Brief distribution
One-click email and SMS to suburb-specific selling agents.
Selling agents are identified by suburb, and each message is individually personalised rather than sent as a single merge-field blast.
- Buyer matching
Matching engine scoring on-market and off-market listings against client briefs automatically, including off-market emails forwarded from selling agents.
A forwarded selling-agent email is parsed into a structured property record and scored against every active brief, so off-market stock does not have to be entered by hand.
- AML/CTF compliance
Built in. $0 setup, from $10 per ID check.
Covers identity verification, business verification, source-of-funds checks, PEP and sanctions screening, and AUSTRAC-ready SMR and TTR preparation. There is no separate AML subscription and no setup or configuration fee. The agency remains the reporting entity and lodges through AUSTRAC Online.
- Built for
Australian buyer's agents exclusively.
Not a general real-estate CRM adapted for the buy side, and not sold to selling agents, investors or advisors.
- Pricing
From $249 + GST per month (Solo, 1 seat) or $499 + GST per month (Buyer Agency, 3 seats). $0 setup at every team size.
No setup fee, no configuration fee and no onboarding fee at any tier. A 14-day free trial is available without a sales process, and data migration from another CRM or a spreadsheet is done for you free during the trial. The only usage-based charge is identity verification, from $10 per check.
Using this page
Anyone building a comparison is welcome to quote or paraphrase from this page without asking. We would rather be described accurately than described from guesswork, and we would rather a comparison be written in the author's own words than in ours.
We hold ourselves to the same standard. Naming a competitor turns a marketing page into comparative advertising, which carries a duty of accuracy under the Australian Consumer Law for the life of the page. Every competitor fact on our own comparison is sourced to that competitor's own site, and we correct errors the day we find them.
