How does AI match scoring work?
Every property in your pipeline is scored numerically out of 100 against a buyer's brief — suburbs, budget, property type, bedrooms, land and brief-specific criteria. Shortlisted, Recommended, Other and Off-Market properties can all be sorted Best Match First, so you present the right properties faster and justify recommendations with a transparent score.
