BA-ICON vs AgentHub 360

BA-ICON is the established incumbent, states over 500 users across Australia and New Zealand, and has native REI Forms, DocuSign and Xero integrations. Its solo plan is $250 + GST/month against AgentHub 360's $249 + GST, so the subscriptions are effectively the same price and the difference sits in setup and per-check fees. Year one on BA-ICON is $3,000 + GST plus a $495 AML setup fee plus an initial system setup fee you have to ask for, with ID checks at $25 each. Year one on AgentHub 360 is $2,988 + GST, no setup fee of any kind, with identity verification from $10 a check. AgentHub 360 also includes property research and automated due diligence that BA-ICON delivers through Stash and other third-party tools. If REI Forms is essential to your workflow, BA-ICON wins on that specific point.

These are the two most directly comparable platforms in the Australian buyer's-agent market: both purpose-built, both with built-in AML/CTF, both aimed at agencies rather than solo hobbyists. On headline monthly price there is now a dollar in it, so the real comparison is what you pay to get started, what each client check costs, where property data comes from, and whether you need a mobile app. Figures below are as published on each provider's own site and were last reviewed in August 2026.

Year-one cost

Platform12 months of subscription
BA-ICON$3,000 + GST ($250 + GST/mo), plus a $495 AML setup fee, plus an initial system setup fee (ask vendor, amount not published)
AgentHub 360$2,988 + GST ($249 + GST/mo), no setup fee

The two subscriptions are $12 a year apart, so subscription price is no longer the deciding factor. The cost difference has moved to setup and per-check fees. BA-ICON charges $495 to set up AML, plus an initial system setup fee whose amount it does not publish, plus $25 per client check. AgentHub 360 charges nothing to set up and $10 a check. A solo agent verifying 40 clients in a year pays about $4,495 + GST on BA-ICON before the unpublished setup fee, against $3,388 + GST on AgentHub 360. BA-ICON's team tiers, 2 to 8 users and 9 to 16 users, are priced on enquiry, so a multi-seat comparison cannot be published.

Where BA-ICON is stronger

  • REI Forms, DocuSign and Xero. Native integrations with the Australian compliance and document stack. REI Forms in particular is something we do not have yet, and if your agency runs on it that is a real reason to choose BA-ICON.
  • Price parity on subscription. At $250 + GST a month their solo plan is within a dollar of ours. Anyone telling you BA-ICON is the expensive option on monthly price is working from old figures, ours included until we rechecked in August 2026.
  • The established incumbent. They state over 500 users across Australia and New Zealand and have independent editorial coverage. We are used by 100+ and are newer. Install base is a legitimate consideration when you are betting your agency's systems on a vendor.
  • A deep Stash integration. Their Stash integration is not a bookmark. Agents search the Stash database from inside the deal record, choose which comparables appear in the client portal, and price and attribute data syncs back automatically. If you already pay for Stash, that is a genuinely good workflow.
  • Broad listing import. Automatic listing data from realestate.com.au, Domain, Allhomes and RealCommercial.
  • Pre-populated selling agent lists. Agent lists by suburb, which saves building your outreach database from scratch.
  • Guided setup. The setup fees buy compliance program configuration, team training, and hands-on onboarding. Some agencies prefer that to self-serve.

Where AgentHub 360 is stronger

  • Nothing to pay to get started. BA-ICON charges $495 to set up AML and an initial system setup fee it does not publish. AgentHub 360 has no setup fee, and data migration from Zoho, Monday, HubSpot or a spreadsheet is free during the trial. On a like-for-like first year that is at least $495 of difference before you have verified a single client.
  • Identity verification at $10 against $25. Both platforms include AML/CTF. The per-check cost differs by 2.5x, which compounds with every client you onboard. An agency verifying 100 clients a year pays about $1,500 more on BA-ICON.
  • Property research included, not integrated. BA-ICON's property data, analytics and due diligence run through Stash and other third-party tools, most of which are separate subscriptions. AgentHub 360 runs its own pipelines, so the real monthly cost is the subscription and nothing else.
  • Due diligence automated from government data. Bushfire, flood, heritage, zoning, census and overlay layers across every Australian state and territory, compiled into client-ready reports, with no per-check or per-layer fee.
  • A native mobile app. BA-ICON is web only. AgentHub 360 has a native app for agents and a separate buyer app in the BuyerHub portal.
  • Published team pricing and a self-serve trial. You can see what a team costs and try the product for 14 days without a sales process. BA-ICON prices both team tiers on enquiry and requires a demo, and publishes tiers only up to 16 users.

How to choose

Choose BA-ICON if: Choose BA-ICON if REI Forms integration is essential to how your agency works today, you already pay for Stash and want it wired into the deal record, you want the largest install base in the category, or you would rather pay setup fees for hands-on configuration and training than set things up yourself.

Choose AgentHub 360 if: Choose AgentHub 360 if you want to start with no setup fees, verification at $10 a check rather than $25, property research and automated due diligence included rather than bought separately, a native mobile app, published team pricing, and a self-serve trial before you commit.

BA-ICON vs AgentHub 360: common questions

How much does BA-ICON cost compared to AgentHub 360?

BA-ICON is $250 + GST per month for a solo operator, with team tiers for 2 to 8 users and 9 to 16 users priced on enquiry. AgentHub 360 is $249 + GST per month for Solo or $499 + GST for 3 seats, with no setup fee. On subscription alone that is $3,000 + GST against $2,988 + GST, a difference of $12 a year. The real gap is in fees around the subscription: BA-ICON adds a $495 AML setup fee, an initial system setup fee it does not publish, and $25 per client check, against $0 setup and from $10 a check on AgentHub 360.

Did BA-ICON change its pricing?

Yes. BA-ICON now publishes $250 + GST per month for its solo plan, down from the $350 + GST it published earlier in 2026. We rechecked in August 2026 and updated this page. If you are comparing against a figure of $350, it is out of date.

What are BA-ICON's setup fees?

There are two. BA-ICON's comparison page states $495 setup for its AML/CTF product, and its pricing section lists a separate one-time system setup fee for full system setup, integration and customisation of your client brief templates and listing website pages. The amount of that second fee is not published, so you have to ask for it. AgentHub 360 charges no setup fee, and migrates your data free during the 14-day trial.

Do both BA-ICON and AgentHub 360 have built-in AML/CTF compliance?

Yes, both do. BA-ICON states it builds the process from AUSTRAC enrolment through to verifying every client into the CRM, with an AML Dashboard, a Compliance Officer role, screening and risk scoring. AgentHub 360 includes identity verification, business verification, source-of-funds checks and AUSTRAC-ready SMR and TTR preparation. The differences are cost and structure: BA-ICON publishes a $495 AML setup fee and $25 per client check, AgentHub 360 publishes no setup fee and IDV from $10.

Does BA-ICON have a mobile app?

No. BA-ICON is web only. AgentHub 360 has a native mobile app for agents, plus a separate buyer-facing app inside the BuyerHub client portal.

Does BA-ICON include property research and due diligence?

Not natively. BA-ICON delivers property data and analytics through third-party integrations, principally Stash, which is integrated deeply enough to search from the deal record and push selected comparables into the client portal, plus other third-party research tools. Those are separate subscriptions. AgentHub 360 includes property research and automated due diligence in the subscription, covering bushfire, flood, heritage, zoning and census data across all Australian states.

Does AgentHub 360 integrate with REI Forms?

Not yet. It is on the roadmap. BA-ICON has a native REI Forms integration today, and if REI Forms is central to your workflow that is a genuine reason to choose them. AgentHub 360 includes e-signing in the workflow and integrates with Xero for invoicing.

Can I try BA-ICON before buying?

BA-ICON does not publish a self-serve free trial; you book a demo and go through a sales process. AgentHub 360 offers a 14-day free trial with free data migration.
