The two platforms solve different halves of a buyer's agency. Clientflow is strongest on winning clients: lead generation, nurture and conversion, with unlimited seats. AgentHub 360 is strongest on serving them: property research, due diligence, compliance and a buyer-facing portal. Figures below are as published on each provider's own site and were last reviewed in August 2026.
Year-one cost
| Platform | 12 months of subscription |
|---|---|
| Clientflow | $4,140 inc GST ($345 inc GST/mo, about $3,764 + GST), unlimited users, no setup fee |
| AgentHub 360 | $2,988 + GST ($249 + GST/mo Solo) or $5,988 + GST ($499 + GST/mo, 3 seats) |
Seat count decides this one. For a solo agent or a small team, AgentHub 360 is cheaper. Past roughly four or five users, Clientflow's flat unlimited-seat price wins on subscription alone. What it does not include is the property research and due-diligence stack, which for a buyer's agency is not optional, so add those subscriptions back before comparing.

Where Clientflow is stronger
- Unlimited users on a flat price. The only platform in this category that does not charge per seat. For an agency of five or more, the per-head cost keeps falling as you grow, and that is a real structural advantage.
- Client acquisition is built in. Lead generation, nurture and conversion sit alongside the buy-side workflow, rather than assuming referrals will fill the pipeline.
- Unlimited automations. No caps on contacts, pipelines or automations at any tier.
- No setup fee. Same as AgentHub 360, and unlike BA-ICON.
Where AgentHub 360 is stronger
- Property research and due diligence are included. Clientflow states it works alongside the property-research tools buyer's agents already use. For a buyer's agency those tools are not optional, so they are an additional subscription on top. AgentHub 360 includes inbuilt data pipelines, a 5,000+ suburb database and automated due diligence.
- Location intelligence across every state. Bushfire, flood, heritage, zoning, census and overlay checks on any Australian address, compiled into client-ready reports. Clientflow does not offer this.
- A buyer-facing portal, included free. BuyerHub is branded to your agency, has its own buyer app, and carries no per-client charge. Clientflow does not publish a buyer portal.
- Deeper AML/CTF. Clientflow's AML support covers due-diligence task workflows and identity document collection. AgentHub 360 adds identity verification from $10 a check, business verification, source-of-funds checks, and AUSTRAC-ready SMR and TTR preparation.
- We own the platform. Clientflow's application serves its backend from GoHighLevel infrastructure. AgentHub 360 is built and operated by us on Australian AWS in Sydney and Melbourne, which affects where client data is hosted, how fast the roadmap moves, and what can be customised for your agency.
- Try before you commit. 14-day trial with free data migration. Clientflow does not publish a free trial.
