Where BA-ICON falls short

  • Property analytics needs a separate tool. Relies on a separate Stash integration (the Stash x BA-ICON partnership) for property data and analytics, rather than built-in data pipelines.

Open BA: The AI Challenger

What Open BA does well

Where Open BA falls short

  • No mobile app. Web-only, like BA-ICON.
  • No email-to-listing parsing. If off-market email processing is your biggest time sink, this gap matters.
  • Shallower due diligence. Doesn't provide depth of automated checks (bushfire, flood, heritage, zoning, schools, traffic, noise).
  • Property analytics needs a separate tool. Leans on a separate htAG integration for property data and analytics, rather than built-in data pipelines.
